It should be Shesty and, barring a total meltdown or injury, we should stick with him. Why? Because he’s the best goalie on our team. Period. Hank’s record again Carolina means nothing. You can bet that’s who they want to see. As the saying goes, with all due respect: The King is dead. Long live the King.

Hank has been a great all-time Ranger. However, age has clearly caught up to him as it does to ALL athletes. His game has notably slipped. Forget the stats --- the eye test tells you Hank is letting in too many softies.

Quinn is coaching to win, not spare feelings. Unless there is another car crash involving Shesty ( heaven forbid! ) you can book it --- he is our starting goalie August 1.
I think this camp "battle" has simply been held to choose our back-up.

Let's finish out this season. If we win it all Hank retires on top, problem solved. I honestly doubt the buy him out due to the stagnant cap so agreed Georgie will be gone in the off season. We still need a vet tender to expose to Seattle though
